Job description

Marcom LA is Apple’s Global Marketing Communications group creating and overseeing the world-class marketing and advertising driving Apple's rapidly-growing Services sector including Apple TV, Apple Sports, Apple Music, App Store, Apple Pay, Apple Arcade, Apple News, Apple Books, Apple Podcasts, Apple Maps, iCloud and more. Whether we’re launching the Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show, F1 on Apple TV, sharing the next generation of games in the App Store, or celebrating the seamless joy of using Apple Pay, Marcom LA’s mission is to build brand love for Apple every day. We do that with inspiring creative, a culture-first mindset, and the belief that our Services make our incredible Apple devices even better.
We are looking for an Social Creative Lead to join our Marcom LA team. In this role, you will collaborate with a group of strategists, brand managers, project managers, producers, as well as cross functional and external partners to lead social first campaigns, programs, and executions that can expand across the multiple sectors mentioned above. With a focus on social communications and culturally relevant ideas, the ACD will serve as a steward of Services social creative developed by Marcom.
Description
In this lead role, you will develop creative efforts and social campaigns for Apple Services, including product and feature launches associated with Services brands, as well as evergreen social platforms and programs. You will lead, ideate, and collaborate from conceptual development through creative execution. You will craft, review, and elevate campaigns for brands and products.","responsibilities":"Drive Marcom LA’s creative vision for programmatic content across earned and paid social. Present work to senior creative staff, product marketing managers, and Apple executives, articulating concepts with energy and enthusiasm.
Work with a team of copywriters, designers, and art directors to concept ideas and produce the highest quality creative.
Stay at the forefront of social platform technology and culturally relevant, social first storytelling across paid and earned channels.
Partner with project managers and brand managers to ensure schedules are accurate and realistic, and that deadlines are met.

Passionate about exceptional storytelling, art direction, design, and creative that is thoughtful, meaningful, and at times, provocative.

Minimum Qualifications
12+ years experience concepting and producing major marketing, communication, or social campaigns.
Deep industry experience developing social campaigns, earned media initiatives, and social-first creative platforms.
A portfolio that demonstrates highly crafted social-first work, breakthrough earned media, and programmatic executions.
World-class communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $213,000 and $320,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
