Job description

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary
  • Opportunity for advancement
  • Training & development

NOW HIRING: Pool Technician - East Valley AZ America's Swimming Pool Co. - Queen Creek | San Tan Valley
We're a growing pool service company looking for someone who wants to build a career - not just fill a shift. No experience required. We'll train the right person completely. What we can't train is work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet.
WHAT THE JOB LOOKS LIKE
You'll own a route of residential pools across Queen Creek and San Tan Valley - managing water chemistry, equipment health, and customer relationships week over week. It's independent field work in the Arizona sun, roughly 30 hours per week once trained.
We use field technology that tracks routes, service notes, and chemical readings. This role suits someone who does their best work independently. If you need a lot of day-to-day direction to stay on track, you'd likely be happier somewhere with more structure - and that's okay, just not what this role offers.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Clean driving record - required
  • Attention to detail and common-sense problem solving
  • Self-motivated - you'll work independently every day
  • Reliable and accountable - show up, communicate, follow through
  • Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona summer heat

Experience in pool service is a plus but not required.
WHAT WE OFFER
Our technicians typically earn $45,000-$75,000+ annually working roughly 30 - 40 hours per week once trained. Your income grows directly with your skills and the value you bring customers.
  • Per-pool service pay plus performance bonus
  • Filter cleans and additional services paid separately
  • 10% pay on chemical and equipment add-ons
  • 3% commission on equipment and major service upsells
  • Company vehicle and all equipment provided
  • Hands-on training and mentorship
  • Clear path to lead technician

We're looking for the right person - not just the next available one. Apply and tell us a little about yourself and why this is the right fit for you.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
