Cannonball Pools

We are looking for a dependable, hard-working, swimming pool technician. No previous pool service experience is required. We will provide approximately two weeks of training to teach you everything you need to know.

What you‘ll do:

Clean and maintain residential pools on a scheduled route

Test and balance, pool water

Add and handle pool chemicals safely

Skim and brush pool

Inspect pool equipment for potential issues

Provide reliable, professional customer service

Complete your assigned pools each day

What we are looking for:

Valid drivers license and reliable, personal vehicle, capable of carrying pool, cleaning equipment, and chemicals

Able to work independently once trained

Comfortable working outdoors in Arizona heat

Physically, able to perform outdoor work throughout the day

If you’re dependable, willing to learn and don’t mind working hard outdoors, we’d like to hear from you.

You can start your day around sunrise and work until your route is complete. Our routes are rated daily for 4 to 6 hours. You can work at your own pace. Once you are trained, you have the freedom to get your work done efficiently. You’ll be trusted to complete your route without someone constantly looking over your shoulder. You will be paid for your training, no pool experience is necessary. We will teach you everything you need to know. You’re not just another employee you’ll work directly with the owner and be part of a family oriented team.
