Job description

Job Title: Supply Chain Project Manager
Duration: 06/15/2026 to 06/06/2027 (Potential to extend)
Location: AVE York SC USA 29745
Pay Rate: $50.00 - $55.00/hr
JOB SUMMARY
Assignment length: At least until December, may be extended.
This position is a full-time, on-site role requiring eight billable hours per day, Monday through Friday.
The preferred start time is 7:30 AM, with 8:00 AM as the latest acceptable arrival.
Project management experience to lead initiatives across IT, process improvement, facilities, and supply chain or manufacturing operations.
The role requires strong organizational discipline, the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, and a consistent focus on delivering measurable results.
Candidates must bring solid technical capability, including intermediate Excel proficiency and hands-on experience with ERP systems, MRP, EDI, and manufacturing-related software such as digital scheduling tools used in operations. Regular use of BI reporting tools is expected. SQL knowledge and experience with RPA-BOT design or implementation are considered valuable additions.
A strong analytical background is essential. Responsibilities include forecasting, inventory control, sales and operations planning, and master data realignment. The position requires the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and recommend effective solutions.
Expertise in inventory and materials management is also required, including ABC cycle counting, inventory stratification, 3PL experience, bar-code script implementation, ISO-related processes, SCAR investigations, and familiarity with shipping and receiving operations.
A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or Operations Management. Relevant certifications are a plus.
Candidates must have a minimum of seven years of experience, with ten or more preferred.
Summary:
Research and investigate the design, functionality and maintenance of mechanical products, equipment, systems and processes.
Have the ability to make engineering drawings, and read and interpret blueprints. The technical skills include the ability to make sketches and engineering drawings and have experience using computer applications related to the engineering field.
Education/Experience

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Study time, motion, methods, and speed involved in maintenance, production, and other operations to establish standard production rate and improve efficiency
Interpret engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, or formulas and confer with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards
o Read worker logs, product processing sheets, and specification sheets, to verify that records adhere to quality assurance specifications
o Aid in planning work assignments in accordance with worker performance, machine capacity, production schedules, and anticipated delays
o Prepare charts, graphs, and diagrams to illustrate workflow, routing, floor layouts, material handling, and machine utilization
