You'll be a key partner in translating content and creative strategy into execution - managing creative projects, supporting external content production, and connecting creative performance back to future content development. You'll work closely with Social, Influencer, Growth, Creative, and Brand partners to help build a more connected and effective content ecosystem across paid and organic channels.

Responsibilities

  • Support organic social content development through creative briefing, brainstorms, content planning, trend identification, and asset coordination; maintain a pulse on social, creator, and cultural trends and translate relevant opportunities into actionable ideas for Stitch Fix.
  • Connect creative performance to future content development by partnering with paid and organic leads on creative reporting, identifying standout content, key learnings, and opportunities, and owning a monthly roundup that helps inform future briefs, testing, and creative development.
  • Improve and evolve creative workflows by identifying opportunities to strengthen content planning, cross-functional ways of working, and production efficiency. Leverage AI and emerging creative tools to support research, ideation, brief development, synthesis, content variation, and other opportunities to improve the speed and effectiveness of content development.

How AI and tools show up in your day-to-day work:

  • Use AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT or similar platforms, to support creative ideation, trend exploration, briefing, content planning, and workflow efficiency.
  • Leverage project management, content, creative, and collaboration tools to manage briefs, timelines, feedback, assets, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Learn and apply new technologies and tools that improve creative development, content planning, performance analysis, and collaboration.
About You

This is what you'll need to succeed in this role from day 1:

  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and sense of ownership.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT or similar platforms, and an interest in using emerging technologies to improve creative processes and outcomes.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in ecommerce, retail, fashion, or subscription-based businesses.
