Unique opportunity to practice 100% Diabetes and Endocrinology at our CentraCare Health Plaza
$125,000 sign-on bonus eligible!
Summary
This outpatient-only endocrinology practice offers immediate patient volume from a large referral area and features a highly collaborative team of four endocrinologists, three nurse practitioners, and dedicated support staff, including registered dietitians. The role also provides the opportunity to engage in teaching Family Medicine residents. This is an employed position within a physician-led, financially strong and growing health system.
Schedule
  • Full-time
  • Weekdays 8am to 5pm
  • Light call, weekdays only from 8am to 5pm, phone consultations only

Pay and Benefits
  • Salary range: $275,000 - $300,000 per year
    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
  • $125,000 Sign-on Bonus available

Qualifications
  • Must be BE/BC and able to obtain an MN License.
