Job Description: As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of manufacturing equipment used in solar panel production. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in the manufacturing process.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform root-cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Allen Bradley PLCs.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain FANUC Robotics
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems, including wiring, switches, and circuit breakers.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure proper operation of equipment and provide technical support when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and repairs completed.
  • Participate in safety programs and adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance best practices to improve efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical, mechanical, or industrial maintenance is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a multi-craft maintenance role in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and control panels.
  • Experience with mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and tooling.
  • Proficient with troubleshooting and maintaining Allen Bradley PLCs.
