About Us

We are a fast-growing company in the seafood industry, supplying high-quality fresh and frozen seafood to a wide range of customers. We pride ourselves on strong customer relationships, excellent service, and reliable product quality. We are currently seeking an experienced Seafood Sales Representative who can bring their expertise—and their existing customer base—to our team.

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, knowledgeable, and results-driven salesperson with a proven background in seafood sales. The ideal candidate will already have an established client list, be familiar with fresh and frozen seafood products, and be ready to jump in and start generating sales.

You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, onboarding new clients, and ensuring customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of seafood customers
  • Actively prospect, contact, and onboard new accounts
  • Promote fresh and frozen seafood products to buyers and decision-makers
  • Provide product knowledge, pricing, and availability updates to clients
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular communication
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Required: Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in the seafood industry (fresh and frozen)
  • Required: Existing customer base or active book of business
  • Strong understanding of seafood products, pricing, and distribution
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and prioritize tasks
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to customers as needed
  • Professional, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
