ABOUT THE JOB:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and streamlining operations-related projects, ensuring effective communication, and facilitating the seamless execution of tasks. If you have a strong background in project management, a keen eye for detail, and excellent organizational skills, we invite you to apply.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Centralized Operations Communications:

  • Coordinate, develop, and disseminate combined operations communications with a standardized cadence.
  • Ensure that communication materials are clear, consistent, and align with organizational objectives.

Training Calendar and LMS Roadmaps:

  • Keep the online training calendar current and accurate.
  • Upload and maintain up-to-date online Learning Management System (LMS) Roadmaps for all Operations Roles.

Project Monitoring and Solutions:

  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential bottlenecks.
  • Propose effective solutions to ensure timely execution of operations-related tasks.

Online Operations Hub Management:

  • Maintain and organize the online Operations Hub containing training, process, policies, and all other documentation.
  • Ensure accessibility and clarity of information for relevant stakeholders.

Bi-Weekly Operations Meeting:

  • Organize and update Bi-Weekly Operations Meetings, including data collection and presentations.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance meeting efficiency and effectiveness.

Initiative Integration Support:

  • Provide ongoing support during the initiative integration phase.
  • Address employee inquiries, resolve issues, and monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

Operations Scorecard:

  • Own the organization and implementation of the Operations Scorecard, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure data accuracy and relevance for informed decision-making.

Project Management Software:

  • Utilize project management software (e.g., Smartsheet) for effective project planning and tracking.

Project Planning and Deadline Setting:

  • Monitor and create project plans, setting realistic deadlines for Operations projects.

PMO Operations Calls:

  • Lead biweekly Project Management Office (PMO) operations calls with key leaders and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 2 years proven experience in project management, preferably in operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to analyze data and present insights
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • PMP or PMO certification preferred.
