Lawn Technicians have a documented annual earnings path of $39,000 - $47,000 in Year 1, $49,000 - $58,000 in Year 2, and $54,000 - $62,000 in Year 3, with starting pay at $19.00 per hour, increases to $19.50 after 30 days and $20.00 after 90 days, plus overtime, production bonus, 5-star review bonus, sales commission, and an advancement program with the opportunity to earn up to $4.50 more per hour.

  • Year 1 annual pay: $39,000 - $47,000
  • Year 2 annual pay: $49,000 - $58,000
  • Year 3 annual pay: $54,000 - $62,000
  • Starting wage: $19.00 per hour

What you will do You will provide lawn care service to residential and commercial properties, apply herbicide and pesticide treatments safely and correctly, diagnose customer property issues, communicate with customers, document work performed, maintain equipment, and safely drive a company vehicle between service locations. This role requires someone who can work independently, communicate well, stay organized, and work outdoors in different weather conditions, including overtime and some Saturdays.
