What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in steel wear-plate and/or heavy steel fabrication (Required)
  • Proven ability to manage multi-state sales territory
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 50% - 70% of the time

Work Environment:

  • Frequent travel across assigned states (overnight trips required)
  • Ability to work in industrial environments with PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toe boots)
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs and climbing stairs when visiting customer sites
  • Comfortable with heights and confined spaces

Benefits Include:

  • 401(k) with company match
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Auto allowance, gas card, cell phone, laptop
  • Paid time off & paid training
  • Tuition assistance & travel reimbursement
  • Flexible schedule & remote work
