Job description

Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and personable Sales Representative to help grow our client base. This is a part-time role focused on building relationships, spreading the word about our services, and connecting people in need with the care we provide. You will be the face of Wasatch Caregivers out in the community.

What You Will Do

• Identify and reach out to individuals and families who will benefit from home care services

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including:

• Rehabilitation Centers

• Doctors Offices

• Hospitals

• Social Workers

• Discharge Planners

• Senior Centers

Attend community events, health fairs, and local networking opportunities to represent Wasatch Caregivers

• Follow up on incoming leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Communicate the value of our services clearly and compassionately to prospective clients and their families

• Track your outreach activity and report progress to the management team

• Work closely with our internal team to ensure a smooth handoff when a new client is onboarded

• Arrange and lead engaging activities at senior care centers, which may include arts and crafts, games, light physical activities, or other programming that brings value to residents and builds our presence in the community

What We Are Looking For

• A warm, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in helping others

• Comfortable talking with medical professionals, seniors, and family members in a variety of settings

• Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and priorities

• Previous experience in sales, healthcare, or a community-facing role is a plus but not required

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone

Pay and Commission

Base pay is $25.00 per hour for up to 20 hours per week.

In addition to hourly pay, you will earn a commission equal to 30% of the profit Wasatch Caregivers receives from every client you personally bring in. This commission applies for the first three months of each client you sign. This is a meaningful opportunity to significantly boost your earnings by growing our client base.

What We Expect From You

We are growing Wasatch Caregivers with a clear goal in mind: adding at least 50 hours per week of senior care services every single month for the next 12 months. To get there, we are counting on this role to be a consistent driver of new business.

Monthly Growth Target

1. Bring on a minimum of 2 new clients each month

2. Each new client often needs at least 20-25 hours of care per week

The commission structure is designed to reward exactly this kind of consistent performance. The more clients you bring in, and the more hours of care they use, the more you earn.

Reporting and Reviews

To keep us on track toward our growth goals, you will send a weekly report of activities and KPI’s. You will also meet, virtually or in person, with the owner each week for a brief check-in to review your outreach activity, any new leads, and progress toward the monthly client target. At the end of each month, we will sit down together for a more complete review to look at results, talk through what is working, and plan ahead for the coming month. These conversations are not about micromanagement. They are about making sure you have the support and information you need to be successful.

We would love to hear from you. Please reach out to learn more.
