RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Locate, attract and identify qualified candidates that support client needs in designated regional areas .
- Creatively source candidates on a daily basis
- Profile and interview candidates on the phone and in person to determine fit to current and future hiring needs
- Submit qualified candidates for openings
- Candidate care throughout the placement and post placement process to encourage referrals
- Thoroughly and accurately documenting candidates in applicant tracking system
Desired Skills and Experience:
- High degree of people interface
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment while achieving personal production goals
- Internal drive and work ethic to achieve above and beyond company goals
- Strong computer literacy - Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
- Previous recruiting or outside sales experience is a plus
