Job description

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Manager- Head Start Program Operations, responsible for the daily supervision of the teachers and associate teachers at four (4) or more Head Start sites; assures teachers are supported in the classroom, and comply with Program policies and procedures, including federal and state mandates; responds to and resolves child and parent issues; trains and evaluates the performance of assigned personnel.
Leadership team members are eligible to receive a $2,500 annual stipend for a master's degree and a $2,500 additional stipend for a doctorate, provided official documentation is submitted.
Note: This position is located in Hollister, CA.
