Most companies use a combination of email, instant messaging apps like Slack or Microsoft Teams, and project management tools such as Trello or Asana to coordinate tasks and share updates. Regular virtual check-ins, either through video calls or scheduled chats, help maintain alignment and address any challenges quickly. Staying proactive about communication not only prevents misunderstandings but also builds trust and a sense of camaraderie within the remote team.
