ROLE OVERVIEW
Clear Path Solution is a U.S.-based digital agency specializing in AI receptionist technology, Google Ads management, and custom website builds for contractors. We are hiring 5 commission-based Sales Closers to take warm leads from our setter team and close them into paying clients. You don't cold call. You don't prospect. Our setter team delivers warm leads — contractor phone numbers from people who expressed interest. Your job is to call them, run a professional discovery using our proven NEPQ framework, deliver a live demo, and close the deal. Every signed client is a commission in your pocket — and AI clients pay you for life.
WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERY DAY
• Call warm leads provided by the setter team — contractors who have already expressed interest
• Run a structured discovery call using our 8-question NEPQ framework
• Deliver live demos of AI Receptionist, Google Ads, and website services via screen share or phone walkthrough
• Handle objections using the Clarify ? Discuss ? Diffuse (CDD) model
• Log every call, outcome, and next step in GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM
• Report daily activity to Daquan — dials, connects, demos held, revenue
• Attend 8:00 AM Pacific team huddle daily during the 30-day training period
• Work core hours 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific (flexible outside that window)
Sales Closer:
$300–$1,200/month ($2/hr base + 20% commission per closed deal)
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Excellent spoken and written English — you are on the phone with American contractors
• Prior sales, closing, or phone-based outreach experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable handling objections without getting flustered or going silent
• Disciplined and self-directed — this is remote commission work
• Willing to follow a proven script and framework (NEPQ) — ego-free learner•
CRM experience preferred (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Reliable laptop or desktop with stable internet and a quality headset
TRAINING
All closers go through our 30-Day Sales Training Program before touching live leads:
• Days 1–7 — NEPQ framework, Cold call openers (Matt Easton methodology), vocal delivery, GHL logging
• Days 8–14 — Live call role-plays, demo delivery, objection bank (CDD model), pipeline management
• Days 15–21 — Advanced objection handling, AI/Website/Ads demo mastery, multi-touch follow-up
• Days 22–30 — Live dials on real leads (supervised), full scoring rubric evaluation, go-live clearance
Training runs 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pacific daily. All materials provided. You must score 80/100 or higher on the Master Weighted
