How does working on a commission basis impact the workflow and earning potential for remote medical coders?

As a commission remote medical coder, your earnings are typically tied to the volume and accuracy of your completed coding assignments, rather than a fixed hourly wage. This structure allows for greater earning potential for those who are efficient and highly skilled, but it can also introduce challenges such as fluctuations in workload and the need to manage your own productivity.
