Tranquil Oasis Psychotherapy Center is seeking a skilled and dedicated Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our expert team. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and emotional well-being, identifying strengths and areas for growth.
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans that account for each client’s unique needs, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing best practices to foster engagement and progress.
  • Regularly monitor and document clients' progress, making timely adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs.
  • Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring they receive timely help and resources.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, with additional performance-based bonus opportunities.
