We are a California-based Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) procurement startup. We focus on providing high-quality TCM herbs, patent medicines, and related products to local TCM clinics, acupuncture centers, and TCM pharmacies/health stores in the U.S.. We are looking for a sales elite who understands online marketing and has a "go-getter" attitude to help push high-quality TCM to the U.S. market via online and offline channels.
Work Location
Major cities in the US (New York City, Chicago, Las Vegas, Boston etc) but primarily focused in California (San Jose, Los Angeles etc), supports remote work with occasional offline visits.
Position Type
Full-time / Part-time where top performers are eligible for bonus incentives.
Key Responsibilities (60-70% Online / 30-40% Offline)
Online Marketing (Core Work):
- Responsible for content planning, operations, and advertising on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and Facebook.
- List and promote proprietary TCM products on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Temu, Etsy and eBay.
- Accurately reach young consumers and potential customers through channels like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Design conversion funnels to increase online order volume and repurchase rates.
Offline Channel Development (Supporting Work):
- Visit local TCM clinics, acupuncture centers, TCM pharmacies and Asian health stores in California to negotiate partnerships.
- Maintain existing client relationships to facilitate stable repeat orders.
- Participate in product selection and pricing strategy discussions to help the company transition from "procurement supply" to a proprietary brand pharmacy model.
Requirements
- Must have legal U.S. status (Citizen, Green Card, EAD, etc.) and be able to work in California long-term.
- Experience in Sales, BD, or Digital Marketing is preferred (background in medicine, health products, or cross-border e-commerce is best).
- Proficient in online marketing tools (social media operations, ad placement, e-commerce platform management).
- Ability to drive independently for visits (must have own car and valid driver's license)—though this is not the primary task.
- Fluent Mandarin (for team coordination) and good spoken English (for client communication).
- Proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit, willing to grow with the company in its early stages.
