Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Project Management Analyst to join our team to support our government clients. The successful applicant will engage in organizational studies, design systems, and streamline procedures, ensuring flawless operations and outstanding efficiency. The chosen candidate can develop skills, collaborate with a dynamic team, interact with various partners, and enhance CGS’ abilities for client support. Job Responsibilities As a Project Management Analyst, you will: * Conducts organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. * Possess and apply comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. * Evaluate performance results and recommend major changes affecting short/long term organizational growth and success. * Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology, processes, practices, and procedures on assignments. Required Qualifications: * U.S. Citizenship is required. * Eligible to acquire and maintain Government Security Clearance. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. * Six (6) years of progressive experience in Information Technology or related field. * Must be able to work multiple tasks in a team-based environment.
