• Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulatory safety requirements, maintaining audit-ready documentation and consistency
• Train and coach employees and cross-functional teams on PHA methodologies, ensuring effective knowledge transfer across experience levels
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions following incidents, ensuring structured problem-solving and actionable corrective measures
• Conduct field verification of corrective actions and ensure timely closure, escalating compliance risks or delays as needed
• Design, implement, and continuously improve standardized PHA workflows for project lifecycle integration and scalability
• Collaborate with ESHA and operations teams to strengthen process safety systems and support digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote a strong safety culture by reinforcing disciplined execution, proactive hazard identification, and continuous improvement behaviors
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in process safety or chemical manufacturing with strong hazard recognition capability
• Strong understanding of chemical processes, risk assessment methodologies, and process safety management systems
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ability to build consensus in cross-functional settings
• Certification in PHA methodologies (e.g., HAZOP, What-If, FMEA) and/or ASP certification preferred
