What does a Commission Precision Tune Auto Care technician do?

A Commission Precision Tune Auto Care technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles at a Precision Tune Auto Care center, earning pay based on the amount of work completed rather than a fixed hourly wage. Their duties include performing routine maintenance, such as oil changes and brake inspections, as well as more complex repairs. They use specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to identify automotive issues and ensure vehicles are safe and reliable for customers. Technicians must have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and customer service abilities. Working on commission often incentivizes efficiency and quality work.
