Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications.
  • Create accurate material takeoffs and follow build plans precisely.
  • Construct building frameworks, walls, floors, partitions, staircases, and structural features using raw and finished materials.
  • Perform installation of doors, windows, and other finish carpentry tasks.
  • Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Comply with all jobsite safety procedures, local building codes, and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with the foreman and crew to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Assist in work related to pre-engineered steel building structures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite environment.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience preferred.
  • Proficient in framing, finish work, and installation techniques.
  • Strong ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments.
  • Familiarity with pre-engineered steel buildings is a plus.
  • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
  • Strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and trustworthy.
