Job Overview:

The Sales Professional is responsible for exceeding company revenue goals by converting leads into sales and building lasting relationships with customers. In this role, you will provide an outstanding experience for customers purchasing hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and other premium wellness products, helping them invest in relaxation, health, and lifestyle improvements.

Pay Rate: $30,000 base salary plus Commissions

Responsibilities:

  • Convert leads into sales while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Sell luxury wellness products, including hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, and related products.
  • Follow up with all leads in a timely manner using phone, text, email, and social media.
  • Track sales activity and customer interactions according to company guidelines.
  • Meet or exceed established sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Follow established operational and sales processes.
  • Assist with showroom merchandising, cleaning, and product replenishment.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through purchase.
  • Participate in occasional site visits to customers’ homes when needed.
  • Support team efforts and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred (1–2 years is helpful but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to help customers.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge and explain it clearly to customers.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently when needed.
  • Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and some holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
