About the Role

Client is seeking a highly connected and results-driven Regional Sales Manager with strong experience in the cabinetry, vanities, or building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have an established network within the construction ecosystem and a proven ability to drive project-based sales in large-scale residential developments.

This role focuses heavily on relationship-driven sales targeting General Contractors (GCs), Developers, Architects, and Design Firms involved in multi-unit residential projects (typically 100–500+ units).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, Developers, Architects, and Design Firms (existing industry network required)
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities through networking, construction databases, and direct outreach
  • Manage the full sales cycle including bidding, pricing, negotiation, contract execution, and post-sale coordination
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing and production teams (domestic and overseas) to ensure accurate quotations, sampling, and timely project delivery
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and events (e.g., KBIS, NKBA, and similar exhibitions)
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic account development and project-based sales execution
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure successful project completion and long-term relationships

Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in cabinetry, vanities, closets, or building materials
  • Strong existing network with General Contractors, Developers, Architects, or Design Firms (critical requirement)
  • Proven track record of managing full-cycle project sales and achieving revenue targets
  • Experience working on large-scale residential or multi-unit construction projects preferred
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (Hoboken office + remote)

Preferred Experience
  • Exposure to multi-unit residential projects (100–500+ units)
  • Experience working with project-based sales cycles in construction or interior building materials
  • Familiarity with cross-border manufacturing, logistics, or import coordination is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive base salary based on experience
  • 5–10% commission on project revenue
  • Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing international organization
  • Exposure to large-scale residential construction projects and global manufacturing operations
