Medical Director opening in Arizona* Located in *Casa Grande, AZ* - 45m from Phoenix* Full time, permanent* Not-for-profit organization* Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine physician to serve as a Medical Director * *Bilingual Preferred** Demonstrated competencies in dealing with all age groups including neonates, infants, children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients* 5-10 Years experience in medicine, preferably in a group setting* Experience in developing Medical Quality assurance Programs* Completion of 2 Year Residency* Completion of annual CME requirements* AZ State License* The Medical Director aids the Chief Medical Officer by providing clinical leadership and providing health care services to patients. * They will promote excellence in customer service and strive to maintain cutting edge culture by maintaining consistent, timely commination regarding all facets of departmental activities with his/her co-workers at all levels. * They will also assist in the development, implantation and utilization of clinical quality assurance policies and procedures while ensuring Joint Commission compliance.* Schedule is M-F 8-5 3 Days/wk. Administrative Role, 2 Days/wk.
