Who You Are & What You Bring
You're a skilled welder who takes pride in your work. You don't cut corners, you understand specs, and you can be trusted to get it done right without constant oversight.
You bring:
  • Minimum 4 years of welding experience in industrial or commercial settings
  • Certifications in ASME Section IX
  • Strong skills in MIG, TIG, and stick welding
  • Ability to read blueprints, specs, and welding diagrams
  • Knowledge of welding inspection methods and quality standards
  • Solid understanding of safety practices and OSHA requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic

What You'll Do
  • Perform welding on industrial mechanical projects including fabrication, installation, and repair
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders
  • Prepare materials and ensure proper fit-up before welding
  • Execute welds using appropriate techniques based on project requirements
  • Maintain high quality standards and ensure weld integrity
  • Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE at all times
  • Inspect and maintain welding equipment
  • Document work completed, materials used, and inspections
  • Work closely with supervisors, engineers, and other trades to keep projects moving
