Medical Aesthetic Nurses may have broader roles, including skincare treatments and patient consultations. Understanding these differences helps job seekers find the right position in the aesthetic industry.

What is a Commission Nurse Injector?

A Commission Nurse Injector is a registered nurse who specializes in administering cosmetic injectables, such as Botox and dermal fillers, and is compensated primarily through commissions based on the number or value of procedures performed. These professionals often work in medical spas, dermatology clinics, or plastic surgery offices. Their role includes assessing clients, planning treatments, and performing injections to enhance aesthetic appearance. They must have proper nursing credentials, additional aesthetic training, and often work under the supervision of a medical director. Their income can vary depending on experience, location, and the volume of clients they serve.

You’re a great fit here if you love consult-driven aesthetics: listening deeply, building a plan, setting expectations, and delivering natural-looking results, while keeping the client experience calm, confident, and high-touch.

If you are an experienced aesthetic nurse injector or cosmetic RN injector looking for a part-time role in a high-performing North Jersey med spa, this may be the right fit.

Our Story

4Ever Young
was founded because we were willing to ask a radical question: what if you could look forward to the aging process? At 4Ever Young, we’re in the business of helping you live your best life, no matter where you are in your journey. Our anti-aging health facility uses advanced diagnostic methods and modern anti-aging science to develop a customized plan for your specific experience and moment in your journey. We don’t just treat symptoms; we help you maintain vitality and wellness.

This is a small, tight-knit team that leads with empathy, runs on trust, and takes the client experience seriously – no drama, no micromanagement, just people who are good at what they do and genuinely enjoy coming in.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead education-first consultations: assess goals, recommend a treatment plan, set expectations, and secure the next step (rebook/plan).
  • Perform core injectable services (neuromodulators + dermal fillers) with strong safety fundamentals and natural results.
  • Maintain clear documentation and a premium client experience (high EQ, calm under pressure, solutions-first).
  • Support broader clinic workflow as needed, including wellness-forward processes and protocol-driven clinical steps.

Requirements
Must-Haves
  • Active NJ RN license.
  • 2+ years hands-on aesthetic injecting experience (tox/filler) and confidence working independently in-room.
  • Strong consult communication and comfort recommending treatment plans (including packages when appropriate) in an education-first way.
  • Wednesday and Friday availability strongly preferred; alternative two-day combinations considered for the right candidate.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Facial balancing mindset; biostimulator exposure (e.g., Sculptra/Radiesse).
  • Laser or electrology experience, or strong interest in expanding into device-based services.
  • Wellness and longevity clinic experience (e.g., hormone therapy, IV therapy, medical weight loss) or genuine interest in learning this side of the model.
  • Comfort in a wellness-forward clinic environment (training/support provided).
  • Polished, client-ready professionalism and a positive, team-first presence.

Credential note: NJ-licensed NP/APRN or PA may be considered only if open to the same part-time W2 hourly + commission structure.

Benefits
What This Role Offers
  • Predictable schedule: set Wed/Fri commitment.
  • Simple comp plan: strong hourly base + straightforward 5% commission (COGS not deducted).
  • High-trust environment: autonomy, low micromanagement, and a team culture built on positivity, empathy, initiative, and client experience.
  • Growth runway in consult-driven aesthetics (facial balancing focus; biostims valued; device exposure can be trained).
  • Employee pricing on certain services/products per clinic policy (where applicable).
