Commission Music Sales Representatives are professionals who sell music-related products or services—such as instruments, recording equipment, or music licensing—on behalf of manufacturers, distributors, or music companies. They earn a commission based on the sales they generate, rather than a fixed salary. Their role involves finding new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and meeting sales targets. Strong communication skills and a passion for music are important assets in this role.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a commission music sales representative?

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, point-of-sale systems, and music industry platforms is typically required. Exceptional interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and a passion for music help build lasting client relationships and close deals. These skills are crucial for driving sales, meeting targets, and sustaining success in a competitive and dynamic music marketplace.

About Tillena Sigler's Bookkeeping

Tillena Sigler's Bookkeeping (TSB) partners with growing commission-based businesses to provide bookkeeping, payroll, and budgeting services that help business owners gain confidence in their finances.

We're a relationship-first firm. We don't believe in high-pressure sales tactics or one-size-fits-all solutions. Our goal is to become a trusted financial partner for every client we serve.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Independent Sales Representative to help us connect with insurance agency owners who are ready to spend less time worrying about their books and more time growing their businesses.

About the Opportunity

You'll be responsible for generating new business through outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting solutions. You'll receive training on our services, sales process, and ideal client profile, but you'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work independently.

This role offers unlimited earning potential based entirely on results.
