Job description

Motor Werks Infiniti, a prestigious member of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Luxury Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. Located in Barrington, IL, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and providing our customers with an unparalleled luxury car buying experience.

Motor Werks Infiniti is a leading luxury automotive dealership specializing in Infiniti vehicles. As part of the esteemed Murgado Automotive Group, we are committed to excellence in customer service and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process.

Showcase the features and benefits of Infiniti vehicles to potential buyers, and conduct test drives to demonstrate performance and functionality.

Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.

Stay informed about the latest Infiniti models, features, and industry trends to effectively communicate product knowledge to customers.

Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury automotive sales.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Hands-on leadership, sound judgment, and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Experience with Infiniti or other luxury automotive brands is strongly preferred.

$70,000 - $140,000 a year
Salary based on performance. No cap on commissions.
