Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews with new clients to assess and diagnose their needs effectively.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to address clients’ specific concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment summaries, in compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.
• Coordinate and manage specialized programs within the Behavioral Health Department to enhance service delivery and community engagement.
• Actively participate in developing community resources that foster preventive mental health services, thereby extending our reach and impact.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LMFT with Curing Marriage and Family Therapy Services, you will assist a varied clientele, including individuals, couples, and families, who are navigating relationship challenges, mental health issues, and life transitions. Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive space for our clients, with a focus on empowering them through education, therapeutic support, and community resources.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.
• Active and valid LMFT license, with up-to-date supervision and continuing education requirements.
• A minimum of two years of experience in delivering crisis management and mental health services, demonstrating effective assessment and intervention skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for clear expectations and team collaboration.
• Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health setting, with a strong understanding of diverse patient populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms to deliver effective patient care remotely.
• Skills in program development and management, contributing to innovative therapeutic approaches within the organization.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, supplemented with a comprehensive benefits package.
