In this role at Cadent Medical Communications, you will serve as the primary point of contact for multiple high-level projects. You are diligent in following up on key accounts while prioritizing business goals. This role presents the opportunity to work at the forefront of advances in the medical communications space. You will:

  • Support senior leads in development and execution of broad communications strategy for mid-level and large biotech customers inclusive of corporate and scientific narratives, brand refinement and roll outs, executive visibility, corporate and data milestone announcements, and internal communications
  • Develop internal and external communications: disease factsheets and animations, corporate messaging, executive social media content, briefing materials and executive slides to support larger presentations, etc.
  • Demonstrate robust, cross-functional project management ensuring timely delivery of flawless materials and counsel to support corporate communications, scientific exchange, social media, thought leadership, internal communications and media relations
  • Review and oversee development of timelines, calendars, action plans, runs of show, agendas, call notes and overall account support materials

Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, in related field
  • 3+ years' relevant experience at a medical communications agency, required
  • Experience using a publications management system like iEnvision/Datavision, required
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Eager go-getting attitude who is solution-oriented, able to drive the day-to-day, and able to effectively collaborate with all internal departments including but not limited to Accounts, Scientific, Editorial, and Creative

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $115,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
