As a Project Engineer Intern, you will assist the project team in the completion of designated projects while focusing on learning construction industry processes, procedures, and Ryan business policies.

To be successful in this role:

  • You must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in construction engineering/management or closely related field and within 18 months of graduating.

  • Be able to work 40 hours a week for at least a three-month term.

You will really stand out if you:

  • Have a general knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control methods.

  • Have the ability to perform mathematical calculations.

  • Possess the ability to read and understand contracts, specifications and architectural and engineering drawings.

  • Communicate clearly orally and in writing.

Compensation:

The hourly base pay range is $20 - $25 per hour. The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or incentive program.
