Sales Consultant – Renewable Energy & Home Improvement

Location: Ma, NH,CT,Ri (Field-Based / Hybrid)

Job Type: Full-Time or Independent Contractor (Commission-Based)

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated Sales Consultants to represent residential solar, roofing, and energy-efficiency solutions. This role focuses on educating homeowners, setting appointments, and guiding customers through available programs. Training and support are provided.

Areas of Focus

  • Solar Sales – High commissions, long-term demand, and booming incentives
  • Roofing Sales – Strong payouts, insurance-driven opportunities, year-round work
  • Mass Save Appointment Setting – Quick wins, easy entry, fast commissions

Consultants may work across one or multiple service lines based on experience and interest.

Compensation

  • Commission-based compensation
  • Typical first-year earnings range: $100,000–$150,000, based on individual performance
  • No cap on commission earnings
