Automotive Service Manager – Gulfport, MS

As part of a nationwide and international network, our Mississippi locations provide a full range of automotive services—including brakes, diagnostics, engine repair, A/C, suspension, electrical repair, and scheduled maintenance.


Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will:

  • Greet customers warmly and build strong relationships

  • Recommend and sell necessary safety, repair and maintenance

  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians

  • Manage workflow and shop operations in a fast-paced environment

  • Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction and operational excellence


Qualifications
  • 10+ years in sales, operations, or management (automotive industry preferred)

  • Strong communication and sales skills

  • Hands-on automotive experience in diagnostics, repair, and maintenance

  • ASE Certification preferred

  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure

  • Proficient computer and phone skills

  • Availability for flexible scheduling, including Saturdays

  • Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass a background check

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
