Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

If you are motivated by performance and want your sales results rewarded, this Account Representative opportunity with Diana Phelps State Farm in North Platte, NE offers a base pay structure plus sales commission with strong earning potential. We are looking for someone driven, coachable, and ready to put in the work to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads, then convert qualified opportunities into appointments and applications
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the agency system
  • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and production goals
  • Participate in product training and licensing coursework
  • Set appointments and move prospects through the sales process

Qualifications

  • No prior sales experience required — we will train you
  • Self-motivated and comfortable with consistent outreach and follow-up
  • Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses
  • Team-oriented with a positive, coachable attitude
