- Handle qualified inbound calls from consumers interested in health coverage.
- Recommend Hospital Indemnity, Short Term Home Health Care, Prescription Giveback Programs, and other appropriate supplemental solutions.
- Explain coverage clearly, address concerns, and complete applications with confidence.
- Monitor your activity, issued business, production, and earnings in real time.
- Use coaching and call feedback to strengthen your approach and increase production.
- Maintain professional and compliant client interactions while representing ShieldStone with integrity.
- Active Florida 2-40, Florida 2-15, or equivalent resident health insurance license.
- Phone sales experience and the ability to build trust quickly.
- Comfortable handling objections and asking for the business.
- Consistent, process-driven, and able to stay focused through high call volume.
- Medicare, ACA, supplemental health, or hospital indemnity experience is helpful
- Competitive hourly base plus commission on closed policies.
- Annual earning potential of $75,000 to $125,000.
