We design, build, and install premium custom projects for homeowners, interior designers, builders, architects, and developers who value exceptional craftsmanship, design, and service.
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Marketing & Business Development Specialist to grow our brand, strengthen our digital presence, generate qualified opportunities, and contribute directly to new project development across both luxury home theaters and custom interior projects.
This is a hands-on hybrid role combining marketing, content creation, client communication, and business development. It is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and relationship-building in a high-end, design-focused environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and create content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook

  • Capture project photos and videos at job sites and installations
  • Edit short-form content for Reels / TikTok

  • Showcase completed projects, craftsmanship details, luxury home theaters, and entertainment spaces
  • Develop and execute email marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Maintain and update website content, service descriptions, and portfolio materials
  • Track social media engagement and basic marketing analytics
  • Generate and develop new business opportunities
  • Handle inbound project inquiries and follow-up communication
  • Conduct showroom presentations and participate in client consultations
  • Build relationships with homeowners, interior designers, builders, architects, and developers
  • Help convert marketing activity into qualified project opportunities and referrals
Qualifications
  • Background in marketing, communications, business, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
