Hours per week: 40 hours, Full-time

Job Summary:
APPLICANT MUST CURRENTLY ATTEND CALVARY CHAPEL AS THEIR HOME CHURCH.
Assist the school administrative leaders, teachers, parents, and students while reflecting the purpose of the school, which is to honor Christ at all times. Directly responsible for all aspects of customer service and educational professionalism in the front office and all forms of communication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for all CCA purchases as per CCA purchasing guidelines
Supervise and evaluate others, enforce policies, follow prescribed procedures, make timely decisions, and communicate these decisions
Adjust work hours as necessary to accommodate special schedules or school-related activities
Schedule and maintain appointments for administrative staff as necessary
Understand the importance of discernment, discretion, and confidentiality in the operation of the school (Proverbs 11:13)
Develop and maintain rapport with students, parents, and staff by treating others with courtesy, patience, friendliness, dignity, respect, and a good sense of humor (Acts 20:28)
Administer first aid in the absence of the school nurse
Know the procedures for dealing with emergency situations in the classroom and school, reporting to appropriate individuals of any campus safety, health, and maintenance needs, and maintain records of fire drills and other types of emergency drills
Maintain and update any necessary documentation and student demographics for outside agencies or organizations as required by contract or law (McKay, FLDOE, ACSI), keeping other filing systems updated and organized
Monitor Timeclock and update as necessary, and all time off requests
Check and respond to voicemail and school email regularly, and open school mail in a timely manner
Serve as a notary public when requested
Oversee distribution of final report cards and standardized test scores
Keep the office neat and orderly, running smoothly, and maintain refreshments
Other duties as assigned by supervisor (Colossians 3:23)
Job Skills and Competencies:
Education Level high school diploma or GED equivalent
The ability to work efficiently and effectively in team situations is critical, as well as the ability to work independently
Organization, administrative, and leadership skills (1 Corinthians 14:40)
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, etc.) software, spreadsheets, educational databases, etc.
Have a notary public commission or obtain one upon hire
Be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have disciplined time-management skills
Social perceptivenessbeing aware of diverse personalities and having Godly discernment to react and respond to situations as needed (Philippians 2:4)
Be able to lift 20 lbs
