A well-established legal administration company on-site in the heart of Downtown Seattle is looking for an experienced Contact Center Support Agent to engage and support potential claimants over the phone and via email regarding their eligibility to participate in class action lawsuits.

As a Contact Center Support Agent, you're responsible for answering complex participant questions according to strict guidelines while still providing warm and professional customer service. Youโ€™re a good fit for this role if you can follow detailed instructions and enjoy hands-on support from leadership.

Pay: $23/hour
