Job description

Join an elite team as a Healthcare Attorney architecting the regulatory future for the nation’s most innovative digital health and telehealth pioneers.

Hybrid Healthcare Attorney Benefits
— Starting Salary targeting $175K–$220K
— Total compensation potential $350K–$400K+
— Low 1500 billable hour requirement
— Premium medical, dental, and vision
— 401k retirement plan with matching
— Remote work flexibility
— Generous paid time off policy
— Robust professional development programs
— Collaborative boutique firm culture

Hybrid Healthcare Attorney Qualifications
— 5+ years of sophisticated healthcare law experience, specifically advising on Federal/State regulatory compliance including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and HIPAA within a high-stakes law firm environment.
— Proven track record structuring multi-state telehealth frameworks, management services agreements (MSAs), and digital health go-to-market strategies; this role requires "hands-on" legal architecture, not high-level policy monitoring or government affairs reporting.
— Demonstrated history of managing direct client relationships, and a clear appetite for practice development and business origination within a boutique growth environment.
