  • Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues; perform routine maintenance
  • Replace defective components using proper tools and safety protocols
  • Run service calls efficiently using ServiceTitan (or be willing to learn)
  • Provide on-site customer education, collect payments, and set expectations
  • Conduct system inspections and recommend improvements
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively
  • Collaborate with dispatch, parts runners, and senior techs for support
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment
Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in HVAC systems is preferred.

- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, preferably in a residential and/or commercial setting.

- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC issues efficiently.
