Job description

We are looking for a professional, clean cut HVAC Technician with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.

Lead Manage Accountability

HVAC Technician Day to Day:

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units
  • Diagnose and repair of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components to the systems
  • Travel to job sites in service area and work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customers
  • Maintain good working order of company vehicle
  • Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in vehicle
  • Work from a 28' extension ladder and 12' step ladder.
  • Learn and use Service Titan CRM
  • Prepare estimates and quotes when needed (training provided)

HVAC Technician Requirements:

  • 5 years of HVAC Technician experience
  • Student mentality
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and think outside of the box.
  • Knowledgeable in low voltage wiring.
  • Ability to operate power and hand tools safely.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given.
  • Ability to communicate with customers and team members.
  • EPA Certification (preferred, but not required.)
  • N.A.T.E. Certification (preferred, but not required.)
  • Be punctual & reliable.
