What are commission home inspectors?

Commission home inspectors are professionals who assess the condition of residential properties, usually as a prerequisite for real estate transactions. They are typically paid on a commission basis, meaning they earn a fee for each inspection rather than a fixed salary. Their primary role is to evaluate aspects such as the structure, roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, and overall safety of a home. After their inspection, they provide a detailed report highlighting any issues or potential problems.
