Job description

Spa Manager

Now hiring, spa manager! This role is designed for a leader who is not only capable of managing daily operations but also passionate about developing and nurturing a positive, productive team environment. We want someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and understands how to motivate a team, overcome challenges, and bring out the best in others. If you're looking for a position where your leadership will make a direct and lasting impact, this is the role for you! Job requirements:

  • Experience in membership sales model.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales management experience
  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English

Schedule: 4 weekdays, plus Saturdays What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience running a large scale personal care business
  • Managed 25 + employees, in several roles
  • Experience analyzing and creating strategy based on managing P&L statements
  • 5+ years sales management and proven personal sales, commission experience helpful.
