Impellam Group is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic business development initiatives for a strategic client opportunity in the North NJ/NYC market. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with client stakeholders, gain access to hiring managers and decision-makers, and drive impactful talent solutions across the North NJ/NYC market.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts across IT, Life Sciences, and Engineering verticals.
• Manage and grow strategic relationships within the client organization.
• Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Identify new opportunities within the account and across other North NJ/NYC-based clients.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure high-touch client engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven success in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in staffing or talent solutions.
• Experience working with large industrial, energy, engineering, manufacturing, or enterprise clients.
• Strong relationship-building skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a consultative approach and a passion for client success.
