Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and open new accounts through a mix of inside and outside sales activity
  • Learn each client's hiring problem well enough to recommend the right solution
  • Demonstrate our products and services to decision makers
  • Close new business and hit your number, month after month
  • Keep your accounts happy so they renew and refer
  • Watch your market and bring back the opportunities others miss

Requirements:

  • At least one year of proven sales ability with results you can speak to
  • Experience running both inside and outside calls
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Disciplined time management and the ability to run your own day
  • Comfort with CRM and sales software
  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
