You lead from within the team: writing production infrastructure code, mentoring engineers, driving technical decisions, and solving the most complex delivery and reliability challenges. You are the go-to person for the hardest problems, the most ambiguous requirements, and the broadest operational questions — and you make the engineers around you better in the process.Beyond your embedded role, you lead the DXSE DevOps Squad — a group of 3–4 senior DevOps engineers embedded across Diagnostic Software Engineering teams — blending hands-on engineering with squad leadership, coaching, and organizational influence. You set the standard for how DevOps is done in DXSE and champion a culture where developers and testers own their operational footprint — you accelerate their capability, not replace it.**In This Role:*** You will work collaboratively with software application and engineering teams to deploy and operate our systems* You will work collaboratively with business partners with strong focus on business outcomes* You will use your Cloud experience* You will build the whole stack from ELBs to databases* You will automate and streamline operations and processes* You will build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations* You will troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test and production environments* You will embrace, promote, and support frequent, incremental code testing and deployment* You will participate in on-going learning**What You Will Need to Succeed:*** ***Your location: We are only considering those driving distance to our corporate HQ in Westbrook, Maine with the flexible hybrid requirement of only 8 days per month on-site.
