Your Responsibilities as a Lead Appliance Repair Technician:

As a Lead Appliance Repair Technician, you are crucial in delivering excellent customer service through high-quality maintenance services for our customers’ appliances. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Diagnose and Repair: Identify and fix issues with home appliances and equipment.
  • Provide Estimates: Offer accurate cost estimates for repairs.
  • Customer Communication: Clearly explain the services needed to customers.
  • Manage Parts: Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
  • Collect Payments: Handle payment collection for completed work.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Licensing: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Experience: Previous experience of one year or more in appliance repair is a plus!

  • Compensation: $26.00 to $33.00 per hour, based on experience, plus bonuses and commissions.
