Job description

Dorian Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Biller / Coster to join our team in Clinton Township, MI.

The Automotive Biller / Coster will be responsible for accurately billing and finalizing all vehicle deals, submitting contracts, calculating and compiling salesperson commissions, managing both new and used inventories, and processing all sales tax and payoff checks. This role involves close collaboration with the Controller and offers opportunities for professional growth within the dealership. Experience with CDK software is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Bill and finalize all automotive deals with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Submit contracts and necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Calculate and compile commissions for sales staff.
  • Manage new and used vehicle inventories related to billing and costing.
  • Process all sales tax documentation and payoff checks.
  • Work closely with the Controller to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an automotive billing or costing role is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with finance and sales teams.
  • Experience with CDK software is a plus, but not a requirement.
